Position Opportunity:

We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and guidance to users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software systems.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Providing guidance and technical support to users of hardware and software. Installing or fixing hardware and software as needed. Troubleshooting user issues and resolving them promptly. Manning the help desk and responding to inquiries. Maintaining networks and computer systems to ensure optimal performance. Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to address IT needs. Adapting to changing environments and learning new technologies. Following directions and being open to continuous learning. Lifting and moving equipment weighing 10-20 lbs as required.

Education/Training/Certifications :

High School Diploma Associates degree or equivalent experience

Related Experience :

Minimum of 2 years of technical experience.

Knowledge/Skills Experience :

Strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Adaptability and willingness to learn.
