Full Job Description Position Overview:
Delaney Radiology is seeking a full-time Diagnostic Support Technician responsible for the operational administration and network management of all printers, servers, and workstations. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, supporting radiologists and staff both onsite and remotely, and maintaining high standards of system security and performance.
Please note:
This position requires an on-site presence and participation in after-hours on-call support. Candidates must be available to work at our physical location and respond to support requests outside of regular business hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily monitoring of system operations, scheduled jobs, and network performance User management: add, change, and delete users on NT Server, manage profiles and permissions Install and maintain software (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.) on workstations Provide technical support for radiologist desktops, hardware, and imaging software Support remote access for radiologists Participate in quality control of reading rooms and IT equipment Train new and existing users on systems and equipment Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Enforce IT security policies and procedures Maintain accurate documentation and management reports Be available for on-call support during scheduled rotations Administer PACS, Clario, Powershare, EIS, and server access controls Safeguard the privacy of patient health information (HIPAA compliance)
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with radiology information systems and medical software Experience in a healthcare IT environment Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
Position Requirements:
