To Be Determined Job Description Goodrich is looking for a caring adult to fill the Student Support Tech position, who enjoys making genuine connections with students. This person should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, plus he/she should be trustworthy, reliable and hard working. The Student Support Technician will provide building level support to students by following the LPS Student Support model. The technician will support and teach building-wide expectations, work with students, staff and families to create and implement a continuum of support for students and record data to increase time in class. Position is subject to Veteran's Preference. Calendar 184 Shift Pattern 7:15a-3:15p Hourly Pay Rate $20.12 This is the 2025-26 rate. The rate for 2026-27 is pending board approval.
