Our client is seeking motivated, customer-focused Entry-Level IT Support Technicians to support a major Return-to-Office technology initiative coming up in October 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their IT career to build technical skills, work directly with end users, and gain exposure to enterprise-level technology operations. High-performing contractors may have the opportunity to extend beyond the initial engagement and participate in an upcoming company-wide endpoint refresh project, potentially expanding this assignment from approximately 2 months to as long as 6 months. What You'll Do As part of the Return-to-Office technology rollout, you'll help employees get set up and ready for success by: Installing and configuring workstation equipment Setting up monitors, docking stations, keyboards, mice, and other peripherals Responding to employee technology setup requests throughout the office Providing friendly, professional customer support during desk-side visits Troubleshooting basic hardware connectivity issues Assisting with office technology moves and equipment deployments Ensuring workstations are fully operational and ready for employee use What We're Looking For Basic knowledge of computer hardware and workstation setup Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests Comfortable walking throughout a large office environment and moving technology equipment as needed Ability to work on-site five days per week Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Interest in pursuing a career in Information Technology Basic familiarity with monitors, docking stations, laptops, and peripherals Why This Opportunity? Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Burlington, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
