  • $185,800 a year 1 day ago Benefits AD&D insurance Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Flexible spending account Paid time off Employee assistance program Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Vendor relationship building Full Job Description Responsibilities but not limited to: Install and set up POS solutions at the stores Configure system settings to meet specific business requirements Manage the processes to transfer funds between customers, merchants, and financial institutions.
Provide technical assistance to merchants and financial team regarding payment processing issues. Monitor and resolve discrepancies in transactions. Conduct PoC to improve/expand the payment system and internal backend system. Develop/Automate new innovative features and apply to the system for enhancement. Perform Tier 2 technical troubleshooting Perform routine maintenance to ensure system stability and performance. Communicate persuasively with store personnel to alleviate their technical problems Collaborate with employees across the company to maximize their work effectiveness by ensuring proper technology operations. Perform compliance activities and establish day-to-day operation to meet requirements. Renewal of licenses, planning and implementing IT security to meet legal requirements Strong vendor management Qualifications /
Skills:
Bachelor's Degree, Information Technology/Computer Science 4~7 years of relevant experience Understanding of payment system flow/structure Strong technical knowledge and skills, particularly in computer hardware and software. Linux based system operation Basic network knowledge Basic data analysis Toshiba POS hardware system installation/operation Collaboration with merchant processors PCI Compliance is a plus POS software development is a plus
