Ocean County based IT Managed Service Provider. We're looking for a dependable, knowledgeable Network Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving technical problems, working with people, and keeping network systems running smoothly. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve connectivity, hardware, and network performance issues Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, wireless networks, and related equipment Perform network monitoring and routine maintenance Troubleshoot computers, servers, printers, cabling, and other network-connected devices Assist with network upgrades, installations, and projects Provide friendly and professional technical support to users Maintain accurate documentation of network equipment and configurations Provide support to clients both remotely and onsite Qualifications Previous experience in network or IT support preferred Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and basic network security Experience with routers, switches, wireless networks, and network troubleshooting Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required (company vehicles available during work hours) Certifications are a plus Experience with Cisco, Sonicwall, Datto or Connectwise a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience ($50,000.00 - $75,000.00) Full-time employment Medical, dental, vision and LTC insurance coverage Company paid Life Insurance Simple IRA with company match after 1 year Paid vacation and holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement Training and professional development A supportive team environment If you're a motivated network technician who enjoys solving problems and keeping technology running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you!
