Job Description

Description We are looking for a dedicated Test Center Administrator to join our team. This is a long-term contract position that requires flexibility with scheduling, including availability on Saturdays and occasional evenings. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring a secure and attentive testing environment for all candidates.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet examinees upon arrival and verify their identification to ensure compliance with testing protocols.
  • Conduct security checks, including the use of wands, to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Monitor candidates throughout their testing process to ensure adherence to exam guidelines.
  • Resolve any candidate issues promptly and report incidents that fall outside company policies.
  • Protect the integrity of the test center by safeguarding materials and enforcing security procedures.
  • Provide a fair and comfortable testing experience for all candidates.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems and other equipment in the test center.
  • Digitally record candidate fingerprint identification, if applicable, to uphold security standards.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate reports related to test administration and candidate incidents.
  • Represent the organization's values and mission while maintaining a conscientious demeanor. Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework is a plus.
  • At least one year of customer service experience in roles such as retail, call center, or hospitality.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with candidates and team members.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based programs, including Office applications and web browsers.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, including using small tools and packing or unpacking equipment.
  • Physical ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds, as well as remain stationary for extended periods.
  • Capability to move through testing rooms frequently and monitor candidates via camera systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict security protocols.
