The ideal candidate will have top-notch technical skills and experience, a professional manner, and excellent communication skills. Prior IT support experience, including the use of remote monitoring and management software is preferred. Lucidity is a Managed Service Provider supporting small to mid-size businesses in the Greater Rochester area and surrounding communities. Salary Range:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental Insurance Health Insurance Disability Insurance Parental Leave Hands on Training Tuition Reimbursement Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Requirements Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or equivalent related computer experience may substitute for degree. 3-5 years of experience supporting and administering a networked computer environment. Strong technical and problem-solving skills Proven success working independently with little to no supervision Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Must have effective written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to multi-task, organize, plan, and prioritize work. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support, administration, troubleshooting and repair of the customer's computers. Perform daily monitoring of the network environment. Installs, test and maintains necessary desktop hardware and software, including peripherals, desktops, and wiring. Performs desktop troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common desktop problems. Perform high-level technical analysis to identify and resolve PC / Network related problems and performance issues. Interface with users, external vendors, and customers as necessary. Work with and assist engineers as needed Prepares and maintains documentation of desktop configurations and inventory. Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance upgrades. Evaluate technologies and make recommendations for improvement.
