IT Infrastructure Technician

Overview As an IT Infrastructure Technician at RoviSys you will play a crucial role in supporting our IT infrastructure and ensuring the seamless operation of our enterprise systems. Responsibilities Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and software. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Collaborate with IT staff to implement security measures and protocols. Provide technical support to end-users and resolve network-related problems. Assist in documenting network configurations and procedures. Assist in the planning and execution of infrastructure upgrades and enhancements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices This is an in-person position requiring on-site attendance at our office in Aurora, OH Some travel required Qualifications 2-5 years of relevant experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WAN, LAN). Basic understanding of enterprise storage concepts and technologies Basic understanding of virtualization technologies Familiarity with network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude. Any experience with the following is considered a plus: Firewalls Veeam Backup and Replication Cisco Meraki Network Access Control systems VMware vSphere Azure Active Directory Office 365 Dell Servers Other requirements: The ability to lift and carry or otherwise move a certain amount of weight regularly or occasionally The ability to respond quickly to sounds The ability to move safely in confined spaces The ability to safely climb ladders while carrying a certain amount of weight Bending, crawling, stooping, standing, vision, lifting, walking Sitting and standing for extended periods of time

Compensation & Benefits Highlights Competitive Base Salary:

$24hr - 29hr, depending on experience
