This role involves supporting hardware and software installations, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless transitions for end users. Responsibilities:

Perform setup, configuration, and installation of computer hardware and associated peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software. Assist with cable installations and ensure proper connectivity for devices. Provide hands-on support for Dell Technologies and Apple devices. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth migration processes for end users. Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of completed tasks. Respond promptly to service requests and prioritize tasks effectively. Ensure compliance with company standards and protocols during all technical operations. Train and guide end users on new hardware and software functionalities. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety guidelines. Proven experience in computer hardware setup and troubleshooting. Familiarity with cable installation processes and techniques. Expertise in working with Dell Technologies and Apple devices. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and end users. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for hardware installations. High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.
