In this role, you will be responsible for supporting hardware installations, managing device configurations, and ensuring smooth transitions for end users. This position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Install and configure computer hardware, peripherals, and associated devices to meet user requirements. Perform cable installations and ensure proper connectivity across devices and networks. Set up and troubleshoot Dell and Apple devices, ensuring optimal performance. Collaborate with teams to execute migration tasks and resolve technical issues. Provide hands-on support for end users during hardware transitions and upgrades. Maintain detailed documentation of installations, configurations, and troubleshooting activities. Test and verify system functionality after installations and repairs. Assist in inventory management and tracking of hardware components. Adhere to company standards and protocols for device management and user support. Proven experience in computer hardware installation and support. Familiarity with Dell technologies and Apple devices. Competence in cable installation and network connectivity. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and assisting end users. Ability to maintain detailed records of technical activities. Knowledge of associated hardware and device configurations. Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
