We're seeking motivated Cable Technicians to join a growing team responsible for supporting critical network and data center environments. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with cutting-edge technology while developing valuable skills in cabling, networking, and IT operations. What You'll Do Install, route, terminate, and test Cat5e and Cat6 network cabling. Support the deployment and maintenance of network infrastructure in data center and enterprise environments. Troubleshoot connectivity and cabling issues to ensure optimal system performance. Document work performed using ticketing systems, spreadsheets, and inventory tools. Read and interpret diagrams, layouts, and work instructions to complete projects accurately. Assist with equipment installation, rack and stack activities, and infrastructure upgrades. Collaborate with team members to meet project milestones and operational deadlines. Provide basic technical support and help resolve infrastructure-related issues. What We're Looking For Experience working with Cat5e/Cat6 cabling, low-voltage systems, telecommunications, or structured cabling. Basic understanding of networking concepts and IT infrastructure. Comfortable using Excel and other computer-based documentation tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications CompTIA A+ Certification CompTIA Network+ Certification Experience working in data centers, construction, warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics environments. Familiarity with ticketing systems, inventory tracking, and technical documentation. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds regularly. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and working on your feet throughout the day. Ability to safely move equipment, server racks, carts, and materials as part of a team. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Berwick, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
