Job Description

We're partnering with a prominent fulfillment center, to find a talented IT Site Support Technician to support their on-site operations in Lewisberry, PA. This temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to maintain system functionality in a fast-paced environment.
IT Site Support Tech Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, application, and network issues to minimize operational disruptions. Assist and educate users by providing clear solutions and fostering positive support interactions. Manage and document help desk tickets accurately, analyzing issues to ensure timely resolutions. Collaborate with internal and external IT teams as well as operational management to address IT challenges efficiently. Support various IT functions, including PC repair, deployment, and liquidation, in a dynamic setting.
IT Site Support Tech Qualifications:
Proven experience supporting PCs within a Windows Active Directory environment. Solid understanding of networking protocols, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, and TCP/IP. Skills in PC repair, deployment, and troubleshooting with a demonstrated technical background. Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
