Field Technician

We're looking for a hands‑on technology support technician to help keep public‑facing systems running smoothly in a busy environment. This role involves moving throughout the facility, monitoring equipment, responding to issues, and handling basic troubleshooting such as reboots, hardware swaps, and simple configuration changes. The work includes supporting PCs, displays, media players, and network‑connected devices , along with basic telecom and connectivity tasks like checking network drops, cabling, PoE connections, and device communication. You'll also perform routine checks, light maintenance, and documentation to support uptime and presentation. A good fit will have experience with Windows, PC hardware, imaging devices , and a general understanding of networked and low‑voltage systems , and knows how to respond quickly when user‑facing technology goes down. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
