3CX / VOIP Phone System Technician SmartOffice USA
  • Dallas-Fort Worth, TX Qualifications We are expanding our service department 2-5 years experience in IT MSP Model and/or Phone Systems support (3CX) Excellent communication skills required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills VoIP experience You must be able to comfortably and effectively explain and collaborate with customers and co-workers Professional appearance required Dependable transportation is required Responsibilities We have a need for a VoIP Phone System Technician capable of TCP/IP based PBX systems configuration and troubleshooting; including Operating Systems (OS) maintenance, Hardware repair and troubleshooting and Software installation/configuration.
3CX certification would be a plus You will provide on-site and remote support for our customers, perform LAN maintenance and networking, including wiring, new user setup, moves/adds/changes Various Telco line (SIP/PRI/POTS) gateway devices Network wiring, managed switches and VLANs Diagnosing and resolving end-user VoIP issues Full description:
Technical Services Description:
We have a need for a VoIP Phone System Technician capable of TCP/IP based PBX systems configuration and troubleshooting; including Operating Systems (OS) maintenance, Hardware repair and troubleshooting and Software installation/configuration. You will provide on-site and remote support for our customers, perform LAN maintenance and networking, including wiring, new user setup, moves/adds/changes. Personnel training. Upgrade and update Server software packages. Installation, configuration, troubleshooting of:
  • 3CX Unified Communications systems
  • Network wiring, managed switches and VLANs
  • Diagnosing and resolving end-user issues General maintenance of Servers (updates, disk space cleanup, etc)
Requirements:
2-5 years experience in IT and/or Phone Systems support Does not necessarily need to be specifically 3CX systems experience, willing to train and develop your skills! Excellent communication skills required. You must be able to comfortably and effectively explain and collaborate with customers and co-workers. Professional appearance required.
