Who are the Computer Guyz? The Computer Guyz IT Services is a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP). We partner with small and mid-sized businesses to deliver proactive IT management, cybersecurity, cloud, and helpdesk support. As we onboard new managed clients, we're looking for an onsite IT Consultant who will help onboard and support our clients IT needs. About the Role We're looking for a well-rounded IT professional who can deliver exceptional onsite and remote support for our clients. You'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, project work, and helping clients adopt new technologies. This is a work-from-home position that will also require onsite client work with opportunities for commissions and bonuses based on performance and client success. You'll be a foundational team member with room to grow as we scale our managed services operations. What You'll Do Provide remote and onsite IT support for small and mid-sized business clients. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, and common business applications. Manage Office 365 and Google Workspace tenants Deploy, configure, and maintain network devices, NAS', servers, and cloud systems. Proactively manage client systems, perform maintenance, and ensure uptime. Assist in onboarding new managed services clients and implementing best practices. Recommend and sell upgrades such as licensing, hardware, and security solutions. What We're Looking For IT support experience (previous IT experience strongly preferred). Understanding of Windows Domains, Microsoft 365, networking, and common SMB tech stacks. Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer service presence. Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and workload. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients.
