Entry Level Technician Opportunity Lowcountry Computing has been covering the IT needs of local businesses for 22 years. Our office is in West Ashley. However, we travel to customer locations to deliver service. We have an opening for a Full Time or Part Time entry level technician. This position comes with on the job training and learning/growth opportunities for the right candidate. You will be joining a company of 9 employees. We have a team of 3 employees covering 1st level support as a Full Time Equivalent (FTE) position at a manufacuter. These employees work 60% at the manufacturing plant providing 1st level support and 40% with Lowcountry Computing as a field techs. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills, ability to pass drug test, back ground check, reliable transportation. Handle inbound support request from existing customers. Request include a large variety of industries and technologies, ability to learn and adjust to change is a must.

Current Schedule:

The current schedule is adjusted to work with school schedules of techs and meet the 6am

• 10pm requirement of the manufacturing plant. The schedule can be changed as needed, but we hope to keep a predictable schedule for all techs. The current schedule rotates every other week. When working at Lowcountry Computing the hours are 8am
• 5pm. All work is Monday
• Friday, no weekends.

Pay:

$18.00
