Provides technician support for cabling, equipment, and preventive and remedial maintenance across network, Media Center, and telephone systems. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Install, terminate, repair, test, and maintain Ethernet, copper, coaxial, and fiber optic cabling Perform remedial and preventive maintenance of devices, facilities, and components Mark equipment, cables, and jacks with appropriate classification labels Support installation and relocation of network, Media Center, and telephone equipment Minimum education, years of experience, and skills in accordance with the
NUWCDIVNPT
labor category description for this position and level. Cabling installation, termination, testing, and maintenance skills Personnel supporting the classified and unclassified network infrastructure must hold the certifications required to support the systems in accordance with
