Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on MSP, or Field Technician Experience (preferred) Strong written and oral communication skills Current Industry Certifications (Preferred) Proficiency in: Windows Server and desktop (build and migration) Exchange Server and O365 support VoIP Antivirus Solutions Virtualization (VMWare or Hyper V) Cloud Hosting (O365, M365, Azure) Networking (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Wireless) Printers/Scanners Backups/Recovery and test restore Various hardware and software troubleshooting

Responsibilities:

Provide expert IT services both remotely and on-site Support clients primarily in RI, with potential travel in the Tri-State area Maintain a self-motivated work ethic Possess reliable transportation Work with various software and hardware vendors for support
