Experienced IT Technician

We are a full service technology company that provides our client with the solutions that fit their needs in all aspects, VoIP, Data, and IP Cameras. We are ever growing, and are once again looking for another qualified technician to add to our team that will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring and maintenance of VoIP, IT systems and Camera systems for our clients, with the aim of providing the highest functionality for our clients. A successful technician must have a thorough knowledge of M365 environment (EntraID, Azure, SharePoint) Firewalls, WLAN, computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems for clients desktops. The ideal candidate will have great team working skills, troubleshooting abilities, and attention to detail as you will be working with clients both remotely and onsite as well as with other team members. Responsibilities Implementation, monitoring and maintenance of IT systems Respond to all Help desk request Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.) Proper ticket completion and documentation of repairs, fixes and maintenance schedule through our business software Installation & end-user training on our VoIP solution Installation of IP Camera systems Skills Proven experience as an IT Technician in the following areas; All things LAN/WAN to include working with Firewalls/Routers, managed switches, access points. Proven experience in the Microsoft 365 environment with complete setting up and managing EntraID, Azure, SharePoint, etc. Server experience is a plus VoIP experience a plus, but not required, however you MUST have a willingness to learn and perform onsite installation, service calls, etc. Camera experience a plus, but not required, however you MUST have a willingness to learn and perform onsite installations, service calls, etc. Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills Excellent communication ability Customer Service oriented/ our customer service is everything, so if you doubt it then no need to apply Team player Self Motivated & Driven Outstanding organizational and time-management skills In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
