100% Onsite Job Description We are seeking a skilled Lab Admin to support data center and lab operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with server rack and stack activities, Linux administration, networking, cabling, and hardware troubleshooting. Candidates must be flexible to work rotational shifts and travel as needed. Key Responsibilities Perform rack and stack activities, including server installation, mounting, and removal. Install, configure, and maintain Linux-based servers and systems. Troubleshoot server hardware, connectivity, and basic networking issues. Perform network cabling, cable management, and connectivity verification. Assist with server deployments, hardware replacements, and lab maintenance. Identify and resolve technical issues related to servers, networking, and infrastructure. Follow established procedures for equipment installation and maintenance. Collaborate with infrastructure and technical teams to maintain lab operations. Maintain a safe and organized lab environment. Required Skills Hands-on experience with server rack and stack operations . Experience in Linux administration . Knowledge of networking fundamentals and network cabling. Strong server hardware troubleshooting skills. Ability to work rotational shifts or flexible schedules. Willingness to travel on an as-needed basis. Ability to lift and move servers weighing up to 50 lbs . Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Work Requirements Must be available to work 100% onsite in Austin, TX . Must be flexible to work rotational shifts. Must be willing to travel when required. Must be physically capable of lifting equipment weighing up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
