The Level 1 Technician is responsible for technical support for the Restaurant and Restaurant Support Center. This is a salaried non-exempt hybrid position in which the employee will work in the office and at home as scheduled. On-call coverage, light travel, evening and weekend availability are required. Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor and resolve help desk tickets using assigned tools and processes. Diagnose and replace POS hardware, including terminals, tablets, and printers. Diagnose and replace computer hardware, including laptops, printers, tablets, and phones. Support general office computing, including MS Windows, Office, Email, Internet access, etc. Diagnose and repair general network issues, including wireless access points. Installation and deployment of all related hardware and software. General I.T. inventory management - organizing, evaluating, and cleaning equipment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age. Fundamental Computer literacy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fundamental Computer literacy. Ability to keep organized and communicate with all levels of the organization. Flexibility and adaptability to perform in a high-volume, fast pace and dynamic environment. Ability to work with little supervision Bilingual is a plus Physical Demands / Work Environment:
Expected to keep work location a safe and healthy work environment. Utilize basic safety measures to keep the work environment safe. Report any safety concerns to your supervisor. Where safety rules or best practices require that protective clothing/glove/shoes/equipment to be worn, or apparatus utilized, employees must wear clothing /gloves, shoes and equipment and use the apparatus. Assist in keeping the restaurant safe and a healthy working environment by reporting any safety concerns to the Restaurant Director, Area Director or Executive Team. Frequent and prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, and stooping. Regularly lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs. What We Offer:
