Job Summary We're Hiring:

IT Technical We're looking for a bilingual highly skilled and hands-on IT to manage, maintain, and optimize our technology infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience across systems, networking, security, and end-user support—plus a proactive mindset for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Systems & Infrastructure Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and enterprise software Manage backups and disaster recovery processes to ensure data integrity Network Administration Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls) Implement and manage VLAN configurations for traffic segmentation and security Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues CCTV & Surveillance Systems Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras and recording systems Monitor and manage video storage, ensuring secure and accessible footage End-User & Device Management Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users Configure and manage mobile devices (cellphones, tablets) Set up user accounts, permissions, and workstations Train employees on systems and security best practices Software & Licensing Manage software installations, updates, and software memberships/licenses Maintain inventory of IT assets (hardware & software)

What We're Looking For:

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
