L1/L2 Technician / Data Center Technician We are looking for a hands-on L1/L2 Technician with experience troubleshooting servers, performing hardware replacements, cabling, racking/stacking, and supporting network/server infrastructure in a data center environment. ???? Key Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot server hardware issues and isolate root causes with remote Network/System Administrators. Coordinate replacement hardware, install components, and manage defective hardware returns to vendors. Perform server firmware upgrades according to approved standards. Configure server IP addresses and default access credentials following established procedures. Replace/re-route network cables and replace optics/transceivers on server and switch ports. Install upgraded server/network hardware components. Rack, stack, and cable servers and network switches to support remote configuration and validation. Provide hands-on support for ad hoc requests involving servers and network equipment. Perform server/network cabling according to approved wiring diagrams and validate connectivity with Network Administrators. Conduct physical inspections and inventory audits of servers, components, and consumables. Maintain accurate equipment and inventory records. ????
