This is a year-round position for full time undergraduate students available to work part-time during fall and spring semesters and full-time during summer semesters. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be available to work a minimum of 18 hours per week, with the maximum being 20 hours per week during school sessions, and 40 hours per week between school sessions (spring break, summer break, and winter break). What your job will be like: Works with the User Services/Helpdesk Group within the Computing and Networking Infrastructure (CNI) Department to provide end-user computing support.In this job you will:
Provides support for Windows 10, Macintosh OS X, and various releases of Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Troubleshoots hardware, operating systems, network, and supported application issues. Complete and document resolution of problem reports, and maintain on-line documentation.Experience Required:

High School Diploma Pursuing a degree Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent working knowledge of the Windows 10. Good working knowledge of local area network configuration. Good use of written and verbal instructions, understand and follow established computing policies, and have excellent communication skills both in writing and in speech.
