JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for balancing, refilling, and troubleshooting jams and incomplete payments of Redemption Kiosks. Assists with repairing, maintaining, diagnosing, and troubleshooting Redemption Kiosks and Currency Counters, Cage Department machinery, and related equipment. Assist in the physical moving of Redemption Kiosks and Currency Counters as necessary.

EDUCATION

High school diploma or GED equivalent required. College credits or Technical Schooling in computer, technical, and/or electronic related courses preferred.

SKILLS:

Must have excellent math skills. (Test required)

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of six (6) months of cash handling experience. Minimum of six (6) months work experience using small hand tools. Minimum of one (1) year guest service experience. Minimum of one (1) year computer experience using Word and Excel programs. Minimum of one (1) year work experience utilizing hardware and software problem solving.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

This position is considered "safety sensitive" and will be required to undergo periodic drug/alcohol testing. Applicant will be required to successfully pass a "medium level" agility exam determining if physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position. Ability to work/crawl in confined places. Completion of Title 31 Compliance training will be required and must be completed within 30 days from date of hire. Working knowledge of the Cage Department SOP's and TGO policies and procedures. Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit. Must be available to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays. Must have a successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes and/or other employment entities.
