What You'll Do:

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and configuration issues. Help clients with the selection, implementation, and ongoing troubleshooting of a wide variety of POS and card reader equipment such as terminals, point of sale systems, menu entry, batch reconciliations, etc. Provide stellar tech support via email, text, and phone. Configure, test, and ship credit card terminals. Collaborate with vendors and clients on POS system installations and conversions. Keep detailed notes in our CRM system. Order equipment and accessories as needed. Contribute to our shared learning and documentation platform. Deliver exceptional customer service.
