Experteer Overview In this role you drive business value as the direct representative on an agile team, shaping vision into actionable user stories and backlogs. You collaborate with sponsors, SMEs, and IT to deliver compliant, value-driven solutions across programs. You'll lead multiple teams at the program level, mentor junior Product Owners, and manage risk and change initiatives. • Understand business strategy and write/refine stories, features, and epics to balance investment and value
• Own and maintain a prioritized backlog for one or multiple Agile teams or programs
• Lead across multiple teams and serve as a direct business representative to delivery teams
• Collaborate with UX, design, BA, developers, testers to release aligned with roadmaps
• Document and define business processes, risks, controls, and measures for improvements
• Prepare plans for schedule, scope, resources at portfolio/program/project level
• Support change management with tactics and metrics for adoption and benefits
• Coach and mentor other Product Owners and stakeholders across programs
• Identify and influence stakeholders and ensure risks are managed per compliance policies Tasks
• Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of related experience (total 12 years without degree)
• 8 years of experience in process improvement, project delivery, or requirements analysis
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office and databases; experience with product management tools
• Expert knowledge of multiple technical delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe) and end-to-end product lifecycle
• Experience analyzing requirements, processes, and use cases to streamline processes per risk/regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to independently gather requirements, write user stories, and drive development through acceptance Key requirements
