Engages with internal and external vendor teams to establish priorities, manage work requests, and ensure on-time delivery of enhancements. Gathers an in-depth understanding of the enterprise's technical landscape, data management practices, workflows, and data available across the enterprise. Advises on data accuracy and integration best practices, as needed. Defines and translates strategic business ideas into technical product implementations utilizing actionable, digestible user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring all organizational, regulatory, and strategic compliance requirements and objectives are met. Serves as a resource within their business unit on appropriate tools/software and shares expertise openly and accessibly to advance business unit priorities and projects and to meet critical goals. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business technology, product management, business systems analysis, or a related technology role. Experience developing technology strategies, roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans aligned with business objectives. Proven ability to lead technology initiatives from requirements definition through implementation, adoption, and ongoing support. Strong business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, user story development, and acceptance criteria definition. Experience partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver technology solutions and support digital transformation, enterprise modernization, platform implementation, or legacy system replacement initiatives. Strong understanding of enterprise business technologies, including digital platforms, system integrations, content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager preferred), learning management systems, and data management practices, with the ability to advise business stakeholders on technology capabilities, optimization opportunities, and solution selection. Experience applying organizational change management methodologies to support technology adoption, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and change readiness activities. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and measure success through KPIs and performance metrics.
