Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
A Kforce client is looking for (2) Junior Lead of Technology Products in the Dania Beach area.
Position Summary:
The Junior Lead, Technology Products supports the development and execution of digital products from concept through delivery. This role partners cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to help define requirements, coordinate delivery, and drive product initiatives. This is an entry-level to early-career opportunity with strong mentorship, offering hands-on exposure to product strategy, project management, and technology delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, and delivery
  • Assist in running Agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, sprint coordination)
  • Partner with engineering, product, and UX teams to support product initiatives
  • Help define product requirements, roadmap priorities, and feature enhancements
  • Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams
  • Analyze product performance and assist in identifying trends and improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to testing, product optimization, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Communicate updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to support product execution
REQUIREMENTS
  • 0-3 years of experience in product, project management, business analysis, or technology-related roles
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and project coordination
  • Experience working in cross-functional team environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to gather and translate business requirements
  • Analytical mindset with comfort reviewing data and performance metrics
  • Basic understanding of product development lifecycle and technology environments
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Strong sense of ownership and willingness to speak up and raise concerns
  • Energetic personality with a -go-getter- mindset
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strategic thinker with interest in product innovation and growth
Preferred:
  • Degree in Business, Technology, Liberal Arts, or related field (not strictly required)
  • Background in product management, project management, or business analysis
  • Experience working with product or engineering teams
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
