Description:
Manager, Platform Enablement
Client Patient Services is committed to delivering industry-leading support programs that enhance patient experience, improve access to care, and drive brand loyalty. As part of this mission, the PRM Platform Enablement team plays a critical role in scaling platform capabilities, particularly those built on Salesforce, to meet evolving business needs with speed, quality, and consistency. The Client Patient Services Platform Enablement and Operations team is seeking a Manager, Platform Enablement, to oversee the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of our digital platform. This role ensures the platform meets business needs, supports operational excellence, and delivers seamless user experience across internal and external stakeholders. This role supports a defined product area within the PRM Platform Team, shaping the end-to-end vision for user-facing experiences across channels such as field services, access & reimbursement, and digital communications. This role is responsible for understanding user needs, surfacing opportunities, defining success metrics, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive roadmap execution from concept to launch. Operating at the intersection of business strategy and technology enablement, this role collaborates closely with Strategy, Business Design, Technical Product Owners, and business stakeholders to ensure that each capability delivered is desirable, feasible, and aligned with enterprise priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business, technology, and operations teams to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements
Lead sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives for their PRM product area
Coordinate discovery and delivery activities across technical, design, and business teams
Collaborate with Area Product Owners to refine outcomes and prioritize team objectives
Partner with Technical Product Owners to validate feasibility and ensure readiness for development
Shape MVP scope and delivery plans through hypothesis-driven planning and team experimentation
Escalate risks, blockers, or shifts in scope to Area Product Owners for resolution
Drive continuous alignment across business, compliance, and technology stakeholders
Support release planning and readiness in collaboration with business and technical teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in a technical product owner or analyst role with experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry preferred
Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud is a plus
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of platform lifecycle management and cross-functional delivery
Experience with stakeholder management, process improvement, and issue resolution
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with data privacy, HIPAA, or other patient data regulatory frameworks is a plus.
