Remote Our client seeks a Product Analyst to support a digital client portal through the full SDLC in an Agile environment. The role will gather and document requirements, collaborate with product and engineering, and lead UAT and production validation. The analyst will work heavily with data, analytics, and reporting to inform decisions and improve client and advisor reporting experiences. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate:
$30.00 to $40.00/hr. w2 \#LI-JS1
Responsibilities:
+ Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements for a digital client portal. + Participate in discovery sessions to refine problem statements and solution approaches. + Represent product in daily standups and sprint ceremonies across 3-week sprints. + Liaise between product and engineering to clarify requirements, business logic, and use cases. + Conduct UAT including QA validation at end of sprint cycles and production validation post-release. + Support bug tracking and resolution, including defects within data layers. + Work heavily in data, analytics, and reporting to inform decisions and measure outcomes. + Translate complex problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and exploratory concepts. + Collaborate with design and engineering to refine ideas and transition validated concepts to delivery. + Support lifecycle activities from ideation through launch and post-launch evaluation. + Define and track success metrics with guidance and analyze qualitative and quantitative data. + Prepare product updates, insights, and artifacts for stakeholders and leadership. + Assess trade-offs across scope, timelines, and customer impact and escalate risks and dependencies.
Experience Requirements:
