Lead sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives with self-organizing, cross-functional Laundry and Margaritas teams. Optimize the

Backlog:

Create, manage, and prioritize Product Backlog Items (PBIs) and bugs within Azure DevOps (TFS).

Champion Security & Compliance:

Act as the Product Representative for SOC Audits, manage OFAC list changes, and oversee third-party vendor risk assessments.

Enhance User Experience:

Define user needs, collaborate on ADA-compliant UI design, and deliver comprehensive product documentation and release notes. Essential Skills for Success 4+ years of proven experience in AML operations and software usage within financial institutions. Deep understanding of AML requirements regarding Fraud, SAR, and CTR filings, alongside case management. Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
