Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Product Owner supporting cross-functional Agile delivery efforts and day-to-day product execution. This opportunity is focused on shaping priorities, guiding backlog strategy, and helping teams deliver solutions that address business goals and user needs. The role works closely with both business and technical partners to turn ideas into well-defined work and keep initiatives moving effectively from planning through release.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and continuously refine the product backlog so upcoming work is organized, actionable, and aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Convert business needs into structured product deliverables such as epics, features, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
  • Work with stakeholders to assess incoming requests, balance competing demands, and determine the order of work based on value and impact.
  • Collaborate closely with product leadership, analysts, Scrum team members, developers, and quality teams throughout the full delivery process.
  • Act as the key point of coordination between business partners and technical teams to support requirement discovery, solution review, and shared understanding.
  • Take part in core Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning sessions, backlog refinement meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Provide ongoing guidance to development teams by answering questions, validating completed work, and confirming outcomes meet defined expectations.
  • Track delivery progress and help resolve risks, dependencies, blockers, and priority conflicts that may affect successful execution.
  • Use metrics, stakeholder input, and operational insights to inform product improvements, prioritization decisions, and future enhancements. Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience serving as a Product Owner or in a closely related product management role.
  • Demonstrated success supporting software delivery teams within Agile Scrum environments.
  • Strong background in backlog management, backlog grooming, and translating business objectives into actionable work items.
  • Experience creating product artifacts such as user stories, features, epics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Proficiency with Agile delivery and tracking tools, including Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners in a hybrid setting.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
