Job Description
Key Responsibilities Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and business goals. Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from telecom stakeholders. Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization based on business value. Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Architecture, and Operations. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams. Drive Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Ensure timely delivery of product features while maintaining quality standards. Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify enhancement opportunities. Support UAT activities and ensure business requirements are met before production release. Work with telecom business units to define KPIs and measure product success.
