This role will serve as the primary IT point of contact for Salsify, Bynder, and Clarity, with a strong emphasis on Salsify administration, product information management, and content syndication. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of hands-on application administration, technical problem-solving, and business partnership skills. This person will work directly with business stakeholders to understand needs, evaluate enhancement requests, configure and support applications, troubleshoot issues, and communicate technical solutions and delivery timelines. Key Responsibilities Administer and support Salsify, Bynder, and Clarity, including user access, permissions, configurations, workflows, and ongoing application support. Serve as the IT owner and primary point of contact for the supported marketing technology applications. Partner closely with business users, external partners, and agencies to understand requirements and resolve application or data-related issues. Support the flow of product information and digital assets throughout the marketing technology ecosystem and into retailer and ecommerce channels. Maintain data quality, metadata standards, and governance to help ensure product information and digital assets are accurate, complete, and ready for publication or syndication. Evaluate enhancement requests, determine the appropriate technical approach, and translate business priorities into actionable IT delivery plans. Estimate effort and timelines for system enhancements and clearly communicate priorities, dependencies, and potential impacts to stakeholders. Configure and implement system enhancements while balancing ongoing support responsibilities and competing priorities. Troubleshoot application, workflow, data, and integration issues and coordinate with internal or external technical teams when necessary. Support system governance, audits, adoption and usage reporting, user training, documentation, and continuous process improvement. Identify opportunities to improve application functionality, data quality, workflows, and overall user experience. Qualifications Hands-on Salsify administration experience is strongly preferred, including experience with Product Information Management (PIM) and/or product content syndication. Demonstrated experience administering and supporting marketing technology applications, rather than solely gathering requirements or coordinating with a separate technical team. Experience with digital asset management (DAM) platforms such as Bynder. Understanding of product content distribution and syndication to retailers, ecommerce platforms, and digital channels. Strong ability to work directly with business stakeholders while independently managing application administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and support. Experience evaluating enhancement requests, defining technical solutions, estimating delivery timelines, and managing competing priorities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business terms. Experience with consumer packaged goods (CPG) organizations or similar product-driven environments is preferred.
