Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Experience in product analysis, product development, product management
- Experience in business analysis, domain consulting, particularly in pricing would be an added advantage
- Experience in requirement gathering, user stories creation, product backlog management, functional designing
- Experience in UX design thinking, prototyping, and conducting design thinking workshops
- Ability to interpret analytical and simulation outputs.
- Experience driving multi-region product rollouts with localization.
- Experience coordinating with cross functional teams Data Science, UX Design, Backend integration to deliver integrated analytics driven solutions.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Exposure to statistical modelling, machine learning, artificial intelligence
- Collaborate with different teams to conceptualize the business requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in logistics / pricing domain (nice to have) Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing product backlogs, user stories and feature release roadmap
- Analyze business needs and translate them into requirements and specifications can be understood by technical team.
- Consulting customer stakeholders on AI and Digital Twin led transformations
- Conducting workshops with business to understand as-is processes and analyze pain points
- Developing use cases, prototypes, and benefit realization roadmap for customers
- Leading customer POCs/Pilots in collaboration with customer organization and Product engineering team Generic Managerial Skills, If any Customer Management, Stake Holder Management, Reporting Education
