Jersey City, NJ (onsite- need local only)
Type:
W2 contract only Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap for the B2B Banking CRM implementation aligned with business goals. Translate strategic objectives into actionable product outcomes for large corporate, mid‑market, and SME banking segments. Identify opportunities for digitization, automation, and process optimization across sales, onboarding, KYC, credit, and relationship management. Requirements Gathering & Backlog Management Engage with business teams (RMs, Credit, Operations, Compliance) to gather and refine requirements. Create and maintain a clear, prioritized product backlog including epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Ensure requirements reflect regulatory needs such as data privacy. Agile Delivery & Stakeholder Collaboration Serve as the primary liaison between technology teams, business owners, and CRM solution partners (Microsoft Dynamics) Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review ceremonies. Make timely decisions on scope, prioritization, and trade‑offs ensuring the product delivers maximum value. Collaborate with UI/UX teams to design intuitive CRM screens, dashboards, lead management flows, and relationship 360 views. Functional Oversight & Quality Assurance Own the end-to-end functional design of CRM modules such as: o Partner & Opportunity Management o Corporate Onboarding Journeys o Customer 360 & Portfolio Views Validate features through UAT, ensuring high quality and alignment with business needs. Define KPIs and success metrics for CRM adoption and usage. Change Management & Adoption Work with business leaders to drive CRM adoption across relationship managers and operations teams. Enable training materials, release communications, and user onboarding plans. Monitor usage insights to drive continuous product improvements. Preferred Skills Knowledge of regulatory frameworks: KYC, AML, FATCA, local compliance norms. Familiarity with system integrations such as LOS, Core Banking Systems, Document Management, and Risk engines. Ability to create process maps, user journeys, and functional documentation. Experience in data driven product decision-making using dashboards and telemetry.
