As an industry trendsetter, we leverage advanced technology to streamline production and delivery, ensuring efficiency, quality, and innovation in everything we do. Position Overview As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in translating business needs into clear, actionable development work. You will collaborate closely with developers, QA, support teams, and business stakeholders to define priorities, create user stories, and ensure successful product delivery. This role goes beyond writing tickets—you will take ownership of product outcomes and help ensure that what we promise to customers is delivered accurately and effectively. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized, refined, and ready for development Write clear, concise, and testable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria Translate complex operational challenges into actionable requirements Partner with development and QA teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and testable Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives Maintain clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, propose solutions, and set realistic expectations Contribute to planning, analysis, QA efforts, and process improvements as needed Required Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sense of ownership and organizational ability Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Familiarity with Agile methodologies Preferred Qualifications Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
