A Product Owner is a member of the product development team who writes user stories and defines the tasks needed for engineers to work using the Agile Development Framework.
We are supporting the search for a Senior Product Strategist to join a digital solutions team focused on work execution and operational transformation. This position plays a key part in shaping the product roadmap, aligning business priorities, and supporting successful delivery and adoption across stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Define future-state operations solutions, including current-state and future-state process documentation, along with organizational change considerations. Support business capability assessment, design, alignment, and road mapping with cross-functional teams. Develop and manage the business case, benefits tracking, value realization, and objective measurement across initiatives. Support backlog prioritization, change management, stakeholder engagement, rollout planning, and preparation for key stakeholder readouts and regulatory engagements.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or a relevant field. At least 3 years of relevant business experience. Experience working on digital product teams is highly preferred. Strong understanding of digital product implementation and agile methodologies. Experience designing and refining value cases, including financial and strategic value. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus self-motivation, independent initiative, creative problem solving, and experience in process improvement methodologies. Valid driver's license required.
