We are seeking a customer-focused, analytical Product Analyst to support the evolution of Bath & Body Works' digital Purchase Experience across web and mobile. This role will help shape the experiences customers rely on to confidently complete their shopping journey—from cart and checkout to customer account experiences and post-purchase capabilities. By partnering across Product, Engineering, UX, Analytics, and business teams, the Product Analyst will play an important role in delivering intuitive, reliable, and high-performing digital experiences that drive customer satisfaction and business growth. The Product Analyst will support all phases of the product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through development, testing, launch, and ongoing optimization. This role is responsible for translating customer and business needs into actionable product requirements, identifying opportunities to reduce friction, validating solutions through testing and analysis, and ensuring new capabilities are delivered with quality and operational excellence. Success in this role requires close collaboration with cross-functional partners to balance customer needs, technical considerations, and business objectives. Responsibilities
  • Handle product lifecycle for assigned products with the direction of the Product Owner while also partnering with Product Owner to determine key product features that achieve business objects and handling 3rd party solutions to build and maximize product capabilities and act as proxy when the Product Owner is unavailable
  • Capture and write user stories and acceptance criteria based on partner needs
  • Maintain industry knowledge and insight to advise product roadmap
  • Identify dependencies and impacts to other areas of the product when working through requirements
  • Coordinates and performs UAT with a focus on customer experience
  • Create materials and train internal customers on new features
  • Complete AB tests and analyze findings
  • Set-up data for lower-level environments in support of Development Team
  • Point of contact for Development Team when requirement questions arise
  • Analyze support issues to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Ensure platform stability and operational integrity via participation in team-based on-call rotations and defect triage Qualifications
  • 2-4 years Product Management, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role experience and 3+ years of digital experience
  • Waterfall or Agile SDLC, Jira and/or Confluence experience
  • Strong technical understanding, ability to translate to non-technical partners with experience partnering with and managing 3rd party vendors
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Enterprise e-commerce platform and AB testing and Analytics platform experience
  • Experience in fast-paced retail and/or e-commerce environment
  • High curiosity, problem-solving, and learning orientation Education
