Job Description

Description This Lead Product Owner position will be part of the for Treasury Payments data team. Main responsibilities includes the following but not only limited to these: 1. Product Owner is responsible for the Program Backlog. 2. Responsible for identifying Customer needs, documenting requirements/features and prioritizing Epics/Features. 3. Work closely with design team on solution architect and provide the business support. 4. Work with PO to provide support on feature team. 5. Maintain PI objectives created by teams during the PI Planning and map them to iteration goals. The Lead Product Owner will support technical delivery and Agile execution within the banking domain, focusing on data technology solutions and requirements design. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data constructs, and experience working in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments. The individual will collaborate with stakeholders, manage requirements, and ensure successful delivery across complex financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for banking and data technology initiatives. Support technical delivery teams by translating business needs into actionable specifications. Create and maintain JIRA boards, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions aligned with business objectives. Ensure adherence to Agile principles and participate in ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Reviews, etc.). Perform data analysis and validation Required Qualifications A. Deep financial domain expertise. Candidate must have 5+ years of domain expertise in
Treasury Products:
DDA, Client Liquidity, Payments, Receivables, Billing and Trade Finance. B. Understanding of Banking and Treasury Value Chain. C. Proficient in articulating the business problem and the technical solution. Must have the finesse to navigate within a large organization to influence big decision makers and win trust using people skills and technology knowledge D. Proficient with eliciting business requirements, reviewing process flows, developing technical / system flows E. Comfortable with reviewing technical designs, providing feedback and confirmation of alignment to desired capabilities F. Deep understanding of Mater Data Management Principles and Applications G. Strong record of initiative-taking and leadership in a work setting. H. Strong experience supporting technical delivery. Experience in Agile Methodology preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) I. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $80.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
