LLC, Ann Arbor, MI Duties:
Acquire and interpret business requirements, work with business partners to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiency. Enhance our current data warehouse platform and supporting data architecture to transform data environments into a highly valued business asset supporting the dynamic data science and analytics needs of the future, leveraging appropriate technologies. Partner closely with Architect peers and Information Management design teams, as well as the business stakeholder. Utilize the experience and skills for building integrations with AWS platform (Redshift, S3, Data Pipeline and Glue) and deliver accurate solutions as planned. Perform technical analysis, ETL design, development, testing, and deployment of IT solutions as needed by business or IT. Prepare detailed Technical Design Document (TDD) and indicate the data flow from sources to targets. Develop complex ETL jobs from various sources Databases and other files and loaded into target databases using Talend ETL tool. Handle Enhancement Requests for the existing Talend Jobs. Troubleshoot and fix the Production Issues based on the priority and on call support based on the project/Business Needs. No formal hire / fire authority.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field and a minimum of four years of related experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field and a minimum of six years of related experience. Requires four years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, Project Manager, or Software Engineer. Requires 3 years of experience with each of the following skills: defining and communicating product vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and stakeholders to drive product decisions; and managing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria throughout the development lifecycle. Requires 2 years of experience with each of the following skills: data-driven product decisions and analytics, agile and scrum methodologies, backlog prioritization and management, and stakeholder management and communication to align business objectives with technical capabilities. Must have experience working with product management tools and platforms. Must have experience working with internal and external stakeholders to meet defined project goals and timelines. 100% telecommuting permitted within the US.
