- Responsible for maximizing the value for a product.
Responsibilities:
- + Generates the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain + Communicates the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team + Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems + Prioritizes and creates work for a team, learning to collaborate with cross-functional teams + Creates, prioritizes and refines stories in the product backlog + Reviews and accepts stories and makes decisions regarding scope and requirements + Partners with the team to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and through subject-matter expertise of the business •
Required Qualifications:
- + 3+ years relevant work experience with business and technology projects including process improvement/re-engineering and technology change efforts + Knowledge of project tools (JIRA experience preferred) + User Acceptance Testing experience + Experience with and knowledge of Agile project management methodology + Process design oriented + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to facilitate meetings, capture key outcomes/actions and own product documentation + Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and in Visio + Strong decision making skills with an assertive and proactive communication style + Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skills + Must be proficient in data management to include strong data analytic capability + Must have strong organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks + Enthusiastic, energetic, determined and positive - especially under pressure + Critical thinker and risk minded •
Desired Qualifications:
- + Experience supporting and participating in technology change efforts + Proficient in understanding technology and data management + 5+ years of project management experience with a complete understanding of the key principles and frameworks of Project Management and Process Development + Scrum Master experience + Agile SAFE certification + Check Operations experience
