Job Description We are seeking a Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile product ownership, stakeholder management, and data-driven reporting and a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories and deliver prioritized outcomes .
Responsibilities:
Partner with product and operations stakeholders to define reporting requirements and success criteria. Collaborate with upstream and downstream applications, including TRADS, to understand data mapping and functional dependencies. Break down requirements into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria in Jira. Facilitate backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery tracking using Agile practices. Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership. Align solutions to Treasury products including Payments, Deposits, Trade Finance, and Liquidity Management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency with Agile tools, specifically Jira. Experience in analysis, requirements gathering, elicitation, and stakeholder management. Strong hands-on experience with Agile methodology and delivery practices. Working knowledge of MySQL for data analysis and validation.
Preferred Skills:
Business knowledge across Treasury products: Payments, Deposits, Trade Finance, and Liquidity Management. Experience coordinating with data-focused teams, including data scientists, for reporting and analytics. Clear communication of statuses and risks to cross-functional stakeholders. Additional Details Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week. Role requires alignment to a specific start date due to business need.
