• The Opportunity
• The Sr Analyst - Digital Product is responsible for a technology product and product outcomes balancing customer value, financial impact, operational excellence, and regulatory integrity. At this time, Ally will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
• The Work Itself
• + Create, Prioritize and Maintain designated product backlog + Write user stories that define the functionality and requirements + Participate in sprint planning and reviews + Make day to day tactical decisions regarding product features, priorities and trade-offs to advance the development team.

+ Maintain product documentation.

+ This individual will work closely and cross functionally with other groups and teams such as UX, Development, IT and marketing to completing assigned efforts.

+ Communicate product progress, updates and changes to stakeholders

+ Understand and measure product performance.

+ Understand the Voice of the Customer and champion the customer experience.

+ Other PO related activities as required

• The Qualifications We're Looking For
• Minimum Qualifications
• + 3+ years of experience + Bachelor's degree equivalent Preferred Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information systems preferred + 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership + Oral and written communication skills. + Self-motivated and ability to prioritize and multi-task. + Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Base Pay Range
• $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
• Incentive Compensation:
• This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
