Job Description
Job Summary Provide day-to-day product leadership, guidance, and mentorship to product managers, product owners, product evangelists, technical writers, and UX/UI partners. Act as the senior product escalation point for solutions, supporting decision-making across product, engineering, and business stakeholders. Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning and commercialization efforts, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption, revenue growth, and market penetration. Drive product portfolio decisions based on business performance, market trends, and customer demand. Facilitate tradeoff decisions between investment, schedule, scope, and customer value. Ensure delivery schedules and development activities are coordinated across cross functional teams to release products on time and within budget. Participate in short- and long-term strategic planning for market direction and product vision. Support and facilitate the product development lifecycle (PDLC), ensuring customer and market needs are translated into compelling, market driven product solutions. Lead and support sales training and product knowledge efforts for internal teams and partners (distributors, VARs, integrators). Partner with marketing and commercial teams to support product launches and promotion efforts.
