  • Summary Product Owner Introduction We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive roadmap execution, product delivery, customer adoption, and continuous improvement across our Retail Sales Channel portfolio. The role will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Delivery, and Lottery Customers to translate business needs into successful technology solutions. Responsibilities
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, epics, features, and user stories.
  • Translate product strategy and customer requirements into actionable delivery plans.
  • Partner with Engineering and Agile teams to drive end-to-end product delivery and releases.
  • Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and requirements gathering.
  • Support product implementations, adoption, and value realization across customers.
  • Balance customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Delivery, Operations, Security, and Support teams.
  • Define acceptance criteria and support UAT, release validation, and product readiness.
  • Maintain product documentation, requirements, process flows, and release materials.
  • Identify market and customer insights to drive continuous product improvement. Requirements Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar product-focused role within a complex technology environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise software, platform, retail technology, transaction-processing, payment, fintech, lottery, or similar mission-critical systems.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and modern product management principles.
  • Experience translating customer and business requirements into clearly defined product requirements and user stories.
  • Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience utilizing product lifecycle and agile management tools such as Polarion, ProductPlan, and Jira. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with retail hardware platforms, self-service systems, point-of-sale solutions, terminal management, or omnichannel retail environments.
  • Experience supporting customer implementations, deployments, or product adoption programs.
  • Understanding of transaction processing systems such as lottery transaction engines, gaming platforms, fintech platforms, payment processing systems, or core banking solutions.
  • Experience working in regulated industries, including Lottery, Gaming, Financial Services, or Payments.
  • Familiarity with platform management, hardware lifecycle management, and device ecosystem strategies.
