Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Agile PLM implementations and support.
• Strong knowledge of Agile PLM architecture, workflows, Java Client, SDK, Web Services, and integrations.
• Experience integrating Agile PLM with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Expertise in configuration, customization, workflow design, and data migration.
• Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management processes.
• Experience leading global teams and interacting with senior business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Agile PLM solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Drive Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives across product development, engineering, manufacturing, and quality functions.
• Manage Agile PLM modules such as Product Collaboration (PC), Product Quality Management (PQM), Product Governance & Compliance (PG&C), and Product Portfolio Management (PPM).
• Lead solution architecture, configuration, customization, and integration activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business, functional, and technical stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the project team.
• Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend long-term solutions.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and best practices.

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $140,000 per year
