Required:
Experience with Product Owner / business-side requirements ownership, partnering with business stakeholders and IT/technical Product Owners to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements (3+ years) Experience with agile backlog ownership, including user story authorship and refinement, acceptance criteria development, and agile planning and backlog development. Experience with AI-enabled Business Analyst/Product Owner tooling. Experience with government/public-sector or transportation-domain delivery. Experience with leveraging AI-enabled tools to develop business requirements, analyze and interpret technical documentation, refine user stories, and support agile planning and backlog development. Product Owner certification — CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe POPM (active, listed on resume) Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and technical product owners to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Leverage AI-enabled tools to develop business requirements and enhance productivity and quality.
